Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The package includes 3 deep-dive 90-minute sessions to be completed within 8 weeks of purchase. Cancellation Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours will be counted as used. Due to the energetic nature of this work, no refunds are issued once the first session is completed. Waitlist Policy: If no slots are currently available, you may join the waitlist to be notified of openings. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order requests are received.
